Craniosacral Therapy for a more vital you

Craniosacral therapists recognise health as an active principle. This health is the expression of life – an inherent ordering force, a natural internal intelligence. Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle and profound healing form which assists this natural bodily intelligence.

Get the quality of life that you deserve

It is clear that a living human organism is immensely complex and requires an enormous amount of internal organisation. Craniosacral Therapy helps nurture these internal ordering principles. It helps increase physical vitality and well-being, not only effecting structural change, but also having much wider implications e.g. improving interpersonal relationships, managing more appropriately etc.

Craniosacral Therapy & Children

The compressive forces experienced during birth as a result of the passage through the pelvis and the tight birth canal are extreme and can cause an imbalance in a baby’s system; even in natural and apparently problem-free births. These can develop into problems later in life: Digestive problems, migraines, spinal and pelvic pain can often be traced back to birth history.

Examination of young children by Craniosacral therapists may be not only curative, but also helpful in preventing problems later in life. Health issues in adults which are linked to their birth or very early experience can be back-tracked and resolved retrospectively.

After a traumatic birth and a very unhappy unsettled baby (and mummy) Anita was recommended to me by my GP a week after she was born. we didnt book any sessions of cranial sacral therepy untill she was atleast 10 weeks old as we thought she would settle down…, but wow we didnt realise how much damage the birth had caused! and that actually she was not just a “miserable” baby, she was in alot of pain in her neck and head. After our first session we seen a massive improvment in our little girl, After a further 4 sessions it was like having a new baby, she was so much more calmer, happier and content, and we could also put her down without a massive screaming battle! it also helped with her reflux! (which seems to have come back since we stopped having sessions!) I wish I had booked in sooner!! I highly recommend Anita and I can not thank her enough for saving my sanity and “fixing” my little girl!
